Key Responsibilities? Design and manage social media creatives across platforms? Collaborate with the content, video, and strategy teams to create cohesive, visuallycompelling narratives? Adapt creative concepts for multiple formats - reels, carousels, stories, and thumbnails? Ensure visual consistency across all communication materials while maintainingdesign quality and alignment with the content tone? Stay up-to-date with digital design trends, formats, and tools relevant to social media.? Support the creation of new templates and design systems that enhance content recalland engagement.? Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within timelines.
Minimum Qualifications? Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or relatedfield (mandatory)? 1-2 years of professional design experience, preferably in digital media, contentproduction, or communication agencies? Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign? Strong visual storytelling ability and an eye for typography, layout, and colourcomposition? Ability to conceptualise and translate briefs into creative, clear, and contextuallyrelevant visuals? Strong communication and collaboration skills, ability to work in a fast-paced,team-oriented environment
Preferred Skills? Prior experience designing for social causes, public campaigns, or community-basedprojects? Familiarity with urban and social development themes and ability to reflect themvisually? Understanding of digital marketing trends and audience engagement design strategies
