Key deliverables for this role would be to design and create consumer facing marketing communications for the brand as well as for individual products under the brand. The role holder will work closely with Brand team, NPD team, Packaging and Procurement partners for end-to-end conceptualization and execution of creatives. Key Responsibilities: Ideate on social media creative strategy and design creatives for brand\'s social media handles Benchmark category and competition to design high-impact creatives for listing products on website and other e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, and Nykaa Work closely with the brand team on creative briefs pertaining to marketing campaigns and communications including advertisements for print, outdoor, and other consumer touchpoints Work closely with the NPD and Packaging partners on briefs pertaining to new product launches, packaging refresh of existing portfolio, creation of mockups and 3D renders Design POSM for trade and consumer activations Reports to : Brand Manager Qualification - Degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field Experience - 3 to 5 years Essential Attributes (Experience / Exposure characteristics): Prior experience as Graphic Designer Experience with design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign Keen eye for aesthetics and details Ability to write copy is a plus Aptitude (Personality traits / Preferences) : High sense of ownership, Bias for action, stakeholder management and ability to meet deadlines.
