Design Marketing Collateral: Create eye-catching brochures, leaflets, flyers, and other print materials that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives. Ensure that all marketing collateral adheres to design guidelines, maintains a consistent visual style, and is optimized for both print and digital formats. Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and develop design concepts for various campaigns and projects. Take ownership of projects from concept to completion, including ideation, layout design, image selection, and final production. 2. Social Media Content Creation: Create visually appealing graphics and images for our social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) that support our content strategy. Design engaging social media posts, banners, and advertisements that drive user engagement and brand awareness. Stay up-to-date with social media trends and best practices to incorporate them into your designs. 4. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, copywriters, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives. Provide input on design concepts and recommend creative solutions to enhance marketing initiatives. 5. Quality Control: Ensure that all design assets are of high quality, error-free, and meet project deadlines. Conduct regular reviews and revisions as needed to maintain the integrity of the brand\'s visual identity. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel, InDesign). Knowledge of typography, color theory, and design principles. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Familiarity with social media platforms and trends. Strong organizational and time management skills.
