- Posses great thumbnail-making skills (i.e.- telling the story of the entire script through a clickable thumbnail)
- Knowledge about design elements, color, composition, layouts, upcoming design trends, and so forth
- Understanding of YouTube market trends and target demographics
- Experience using image-design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- A very keen and a fast learner
