Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of graphic designers, ensuring high-quality and timely creative output.
Supervise the creation of visually compelling and performance-driven graphics for digital ads (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.), social media posts, banners, and websites.
Collaborate with paid media and social teams to produce creatives that align with campaign goals.
Research industry trends and competitors to develop fresh, innovative, and effective visual concepts.
Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets.
Source high-quality stock images or illustrations for designs.
Ensure platform-specific creative best practices are implemented across all campaigns.
Guide the team in making minor video edits (text overlay, resizing, trimming, basic transitions) using tools like Premiere Pro, CapCut, or Canva Pro.
Coordinate with project managers and developers for website or landing page graphics.
Review and approve team outputs, providing constructive feedback to improve performance and skill development.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in graphic design, with some experience in a leadership or team lead role, preferably within a digital marketing agency.
Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, with basic knowledge of video editing tools (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar).
Strong understanding of social media and digital advertising design formats.
Keen eye for typography, layout, and color.
Excellent team management, communication, and project coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Creative thinker with strong research abilities and trend awareness.
Bonus: Knowledge of Figma, After Effects, or animation tools is a plus.
