KEY RESPONSIBILITY & DELIVERABLES \xe2\x97\x8f Collaborate with account managers, art directors, content writers, and other team members to determine design objectives and requirements.
\xe2\x97\x8f Develop creative concepts and design layouts for various projects, such as print and digital advertisements, websites, and social media campaigns.
\xe2\x97\x8f Use animation, motion graphics, and video editing skills to create engaging and dynamic visuals for digital and social media campaigns.
\xe2\x97\x8f Utilize graphic design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, to create high-quality visual content that meets project requirements.
\xe2\x97\x8f Follow brand guidelines and design standards to ensure consistency across all deliverables.
\xe2\x97\x8f Create design concepts and proposals and receive feedback for revisions.
\xe2\x97\x8f Meet project deadlines and manage workload to balance multiple projects simultaneously.
\xe2\x97\x8f Stay up-to-date with industry trends, design techniques, and software updates to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
\xe2\x97\x8f Collaborate with art directors to provide feedback and mentorship to junior designers and team members.
\xe2\x97\x8f Manage and maintain all design assets, including logos, fonts, and images.

\xe2\x97\x8f Knowledge of Softwares like Photoshop, Illustrators, Figma, etc.
