We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team at Dapolitwist Headquarters, Sonipat. The ideal candidate should have a strong visual sense and the ability to transform ideas into engaging designs for political campaigns, social media, branding, print materials, and digital communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Create high-quality graphics for political campaigns, social media posts, logos, posters, banners, brochures, and promotional materials.

Develop visually compelling layouts and templates for ongoing and upcoming political projects.

Work closely with the content, social media, and strategy teams to bring concepts to life.

Understand political messaging and create designs that align with campaign narratives.

Edit and retouch images, prepare print-ready files, and maintain brand guidelines.

Manage multiple projects and deliver on tight deadlines.

Contribute creative ideas during brainstorming sessions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a graphic designer (portfolio required).

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, CorelDRAW (any 2-3 mandatory).

Strong sense of typography, color theory, and layout design.

Ability to adapt designs to political and social themes.

Understanding of social media trends and formats.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet fast-paced campaign deadlines.

Preferred:

Experience in political design or election campaign graphics.

Knowledge of motion graphics/video editing (Adobe Premiere Pro / After Effects) is a plus.

Ability to take initiative and bring fresh creative ideas.
