creative Graphic Designer & Social Media Specialist
who can lead our design & social media team while also training students. This role is a mix of
morning training sessions
and
daytime creative + campaign management
.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct
2-hour morning training sessions
on graphic design tools (Photoshop, coral, Illustrator, Canva, etc.) and social media management.
Design engaging graphics, creatives, and visual content for multiple platforms.
Plan, create, and schedule content for
social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
.
Develop and maintain brand identity across all creatives.
Work with the marketing team to create ad creatives for Google & Meta Ads.
Monitor social media performance, engagement, and growth.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, social media algorithms, and content strategies.
Lead and manage the design + social media team for client projects.
Mentor junior team members to improve their creative and social media skills.
Requirements:
Minimum
3 years of professional experience
in graphic design & social media management.
Strong knowledge of design tools:
.
Experience in managing social media campaigns, content calendars, and brand pages.
Understanding of social media analytics & reporting tools.
Creativity, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
Prior experience as a
trainer or mentor
is an advantage.
Leadership qualities to handle team and clients.
Work Timing:
9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
or
10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
(flexible as per requirement).
Morning (first 2 hours)
dedicated to training sessions.
