Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented

Graphic Designer

with a strong background in social media content creation to join our real estate marketing team. You will be responsible for producing visually compelling graphics that enhance brand visibility, engage audiences, and support sales initiatives across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and others.

Key Responsibilities:

Design eye-catching social media posts, stories, reels thumbnails, and ads tailored for real estate audiences. Create visual content for property listings, agent branding, open house promotions, testimonials, infographics, and neighborhood highlights. Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets. Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop campaign visuals and marketing collateral. Produce motion graphics or animated posts (optional but preferred). Stay up to date with social media design trends and best practices specific to real estate. Manage and organize design files and content templates.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (preferred, not mandatory with solid portfolio). 2+ years of experience in graphic design (experience in real estate marketing is a strong plus). Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Canva. Familiarity with video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar) is a plus. Strong understanding of design for social media platforms (especially Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn). Excellent attention to detail and time management skills. Ability to adapt designs for multiple brand voices or agents.

Preferred Skills:

Experience working in a real estate agency, brokerage, or property marketing firm. Knowledge of real estate terminology and marketing workflows. Photography or photo-editing experience for property images.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
