Key Responsibilities: Graphic Design
Design eye-catching visuals, infographics, banners, and ads tailored for various digital platforms.
Maintain brand consistency across all creative assets.
Collaborate with the content and marketing team to produce campaign materials, eBooks, presentation decks, etc.
Social Media Management
Plan, schedule, and publish engaging content across all major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest).
Monitor engagement metrics and adjust strategy based on analytics and performance insights.
Respond to comments, messages, and user interactions in a timely, brand-consistent manner.
LinkedIn Page Management
Develop and execute content strategy tailored for LinkedIn to build brand authority and B2B engagement.
Manage the company's LinkedIn page: optimize profile, publish thought leadership content, and grow followers.
Engage with industry-relevant content and interact with professionals to increase visibility.
Digital Marketing Support
Assist in implementing and optimizing paid social and PPC campaigns.
Collaborate on email marketing and lead generation initiatives.
Monitor digital trends and suggest new tools or platforms to improve performance and ROI.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
2+ years of experience in social media marketing and graphic design.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, or other design tools.
Hands-on experience with social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn and Instagram.
Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar scheduling software.
Strong understanding of brand voice, visual storytelling, and audience engagement.
Analytical mindset with the ability to use insights to improve performance.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with short-form video editing (e.g., Reels, Stories, LinkedIn videos).
Working knowledge of SEO, SEM, and email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
Portfolio showcasing both design and social media work.
