Rooted for Good is looking for a creative and detail-oriented

Graphic Designer & Social Media Executive

to manage our visual communication and social media presence. This is a hybrid role that combines graphic design with social media content creation and management.

The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense, understand brand aesthetics, and be comfortable planning, creating, and publishing content across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design

Create visual content for social media, marketing campaigns, website, presentations, and internal use Design posts, stories, reels covers, banners, posters, brochures, and other brand collaterals Maintain consistency with Rooted for Good's brand identity, tone, and visual guidelines Edit and adapt designs for different platforms and formats

Social Media Management

Plan, create, and schedule content for social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) Write basic captions and coordinate with the team for content ideas Ensure regular posting and engagement as per the content calendar Track basic performance metrics and suggest improvements
Requirements

Proven experience in graphic design and social media handling Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar design software Basic understanding of social media platforms, trends, and content formats Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Strong attention to detail and creativity Good communication skills and ability to work independently
Preferred (Good to Have)

Experience working with brands or social-impact organizations Basic video editing or reel creation skills Familiarity with content scheduling tools
