Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 2-3 years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that align with brand guidelines and business objectives across digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop creative assets for digital and print media, including social media graphics, brochures, banners, presentations, advertisements, and marketing collateral. Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to translate concepts and requirements into effective visual designs. Ensure brand consistency across all design outputs. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Edit, revise, and optimize designs based on feedback from stakeholders. Prepare final artwork files for print and digital publishing. Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best design practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. 2-3 years of proven professional experience as a Graphic Designer. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other relevant tools. Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy. Ability to conceptualize and execute creative ideas independently and collaboratively. Excellent attention to detail and time-management skills. Strong communication and presentation skills. A portfolio demonstrating relevant design work is mandatory.
Preferred Skills (Optional)

Experience with motion graphics or video editing tools. Basic knowledge of UI/UX design principles. Familiarity with digital marketing and social media design requirements.
