Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field

Experience:

2-4 years of experience in graphic design

Role Overview

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing and brand-consistent designs for both digital and print media. The role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to translate ideas into impactful visuals that support the company's marketing and communication goals.

Key Responsibilities

Design marketing materials including

social media posts, brochures, banners, packaging, posters, and advertisements

. Create visual content for

website, e-commerce listings, and digital campaigns

. Develop

product labels, promotional creatives, and seasonal campaign designs

. Collaborate with the

marketing, digital, and product teams

to maintain brand consistency. Edit and enhance

photography, videos, and other media content

when required. Ensure all designs are

aligned with brand guidelines

and project requirements. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously with timely delivery. Stay updated with

latest design trends, tools, and techniques

. Prepare artwork for

printing and online publishing

. Assist in

visual storytelling, presentation design, and internal communication materials

Skills & Competencies

Strong proficiency in

Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects)

. Good understanding of

typography, color theory, and layout design

. Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail. Ability to

translate marketing briefs into visual concepts

. Basic understanding of

video editing and motion graphics

(added advantage). Time management and multitasking skills to handle multiple deadlines. Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Additional Advantage (Preferred but not mandatory):

Experience in

product packaging design

. Knowledge of

UI/UX principles

or Canva. Photography skills or experience working with photographers.
