Activities to be performed :\xc6\x94 Understand client ask and deliver design as per the
industry/Sector/requirement.
\xc6\x94 Design using MS Suite, Google Suite and Adobe Creative Suite
\xc6\x94 Create high-end value added designs
\xc6\x94 Visualize and design proposals, presentations, brochures,
infographics, mailers, banners.
\xc6\x94 Create short PPT/GIF animations.
\xc6\x94 Enhance overall look and feel of standard documents.
\xc6\x94 Understands brand and applies it effectively.
\xc6\x94 Ensuring high standard of quality in deliverables.
\xc6\x94 Work in a wide range of projects and collaborate with groups/teams
\xc6\x94 Being proactive and ensuring timely completion of assigned work.
\xc6\x94 Consistently demonstrate dynamics of a team player, who
understands personal and team roles, contribute to a positive work
environment, invest in team bonding, and proactively seek guidance,
clarification and feedback.Bachelor\'s degree :
\xc6\x94 Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Applications (PowerPoint, Word,
and Excel)
\xc6\x94 Working knowledge of G-Suite (Google Doc, Google Slide, Google
Sheet and Google Drawing objects)
\xc6\x94 Working knowledge of Adobe Suite (Specially InDesign, Illustrator
and Photoshop)
\xc6\x94 Should strive to learn the business side of design
\xc6\x94 Creative designer with 3- 5 years of professional experience in
graphic designing.
\xc6\x94 Ability to comprehend instruction, visualize and convert content into
meaningful visual presentation.
\xc6\x94 Ability to work as reviewer \xc2\xb1 (Good to have)
\xc6\x94 Impactful design portfolio.
\xc6\x94 Out of box creative thinking, eye for detail and adaptability to new
design technologies.
\xc6\x94 Ability to work independently with no or very little supervision.
\xc6\x94 Capacity to work as reviewer post training
