Job Description

We need a super talented and creative graphic designer for our digital marketing company Social Staircase. We primarily work with companies in the cryptocurrency industry, but also work with clients from other sectors. We need out-of-the-box but visually eye-catching design ideas. We would need an exceptional design for social media graphics and posts, infographics, digital marketing campaigns, website designs, animated gif, and short videos.

This will be a full-time job where you will be expected to deliver projects within strict deadlines. While we will not force you to work exactly 8hrs or 9hrs a day, you will have to finish work when it comes up and deliver it as specified by the client.

You need to gravitate towards social media, pop culture, and current events, and be someone who lives and breathes all things hip and in trend. You need to multitask like a boss, have a can-do attitude, and are happy to work remotely.

We have very strict criteria when it comes to selection and our design tastes can be eclectic. But creativity is what we give first preference to, and quick turnaround is necessary.

The first 2 months will be probationary months, where you'll be evaluated on monthly basis. If we're happy with your performance, we will hire you on a long-term contract.
