Role Description We are actively seeking a full-time, Graphic Designer to join our team. This role is pivotal in shaping the visual narrative of our brand across various platforms. The selected candidate will: Social Media Graphics: Design engaging visuals tailored for our fitness community on platforms like Facebook, Instagram. Ensure designs resonate with our audience and are optimized for each platform. Print Ads: Create compelling print materials for promotions, events, and member communications, including posters, brochures, and flyers. Branding: Strengthen and evolve the Steel Personal Training brand identity. Design impactful logos and branding materials that resonate with our brand ethos. Ensure consistency across all materials and develop new assets as our offerings expand. Illustration: Craft custom illustrations and icons that resonate with our fitness ethos and enhance our brand storytelling. Typography: Use your expertise to ensure text elements are both visually appealing and legible, complementing our fitness-focused designs. Motion Graphics: Develop dynamic motion graphics for promotional videos, class introductions, and social media content. Collaboration: Work closely with trainers, management, marketing teams, and other departments to understand their design needs, provide creative support, and ensure brand consistency is maintained across both print and digital collateral. Deadline Management: Handle multiple design projects, ensuring timely delivery without compromising on quality. Stay Current: Stay updated with the latest fitness trends, design tools, and technologies to ensure our creatives are fresh and relevant. Creative Support: Provide comprehensive creative support for both print and digital collateral, encompassing promotional materials, advertising campaigns, in-gym signage, and social media content. Collaborate closely with various teams to ensure design needs are met and brand consistency is maintained.
