About Role

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually engaging and brand-consistent designs that support Telth Healthcare's marketing, digital, and recruitment initiatives. This role will work closely with marketing, HR, and business teams to develop creatives that communicate healthcare services clearly and effectively

Core Duties

Design marketing creatives for digital platforms, including social media, websites, email campaigns, and paid ads

Create recruitment and employer branding creatives, including hiring campaigns for roles such as Care Managers

Develop visual assets such as banners, brochures, flyers, presentations, poster and infographics

Ensure all designs align with Telth Healthcare's brand guidelines and healthcare compliance standards

Collaborate with marketing and content teams to translate ideas into impactful visuals

Adapt designs for different formats and platforms while maintaining visual consistency

Manage multiple projects, timelines and revisions efficiently

Stay updated with design trends, tools and best practices relevant to healthcare branding

What do we need

2-4 years of graphic design experience, preferably in healthcare, healthtech or service-based industries

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Canva experience is a plus

Strong skills in layout, typography, color theory and visual storytelling ; motion/video skills are a plus

Experience designing digital, social media ad and recruitment creatives

Good communication, collaboration and time-management skills
