Role Overview:
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing creative visuals across all Moustache brands --
Hostel, Select, and Luxuria
-- ensuring strong brand identity, consistency, and storytelling across digital and offline channels.They will collaborate closely with the content, social media, product, and performance teams to create designs that not only look great but also
communicate effectively, drive engagement, and convert viewers into guests.
Key Responsibilities1. Creative Design & Ideation
Develop compelling designs for
social media (reels covers, carousels, stories, ads)
and
digital campaigns.
Create
brand-specific visual content
for each Moustache sub-brand while maintaining the parent brand essence.
Design property-specific creatives for
launches, events, collaborations, and experiences.
Conceptualize
print collaterals
-- standees, posters, brochures, signage, in-room branding, etc.
Work with content and marketing teams to
translate campaign ideas into visual communication.
Ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints and maintain a
brand design library.
2. Product & Website Visual Support
Collaborate with the product and SEO teams for
property image optimization
and
banner design.
Design visual layouts for
website landing pages, blogs, and promotional popups.
Regularly refresh visuals to align with seasonal campaigns or offers.
4. Coordination & Workflow Management
Work collaboratively with content writers, social media executives, and performance marketers.
Maintain a
Monthly design tracker
aligned with the content calendar.
Manage project timelines and ensure
on-time delivery
of all assets.
Adapt designs quickly based on feedback and performance insights.
Key Skills & Tools
Design Software:
Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
Additional Tools:
Canva, Figma (for layout and UI previews), Google Slides (for presentations)
Soft Skills:
Creative thinking, attention to detail, adaptability, communication, and time management
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Design, Fine Arts, or related field
1-3 years of professional experience (hospitality/travel/lifestyle brands preferred)
Strong design portfolio showcasing
social media creatives, branding work, and campaign visuals
KPI / Performance Metrics
On-time delivery rate of design tasks (monthly % tracked)
Engagement rate & CTR on designed campaigns
Brand consistency score (based on audits and feedback)
Innovation index (number of new design ideas/concepts implemented)
Collaboration & responsiveness score (from internal feedback)

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
