Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design:

Design and create visually appealing graphics, including banners, social media posts, brochures, presentations, and other digital assets. Work closely with the marketing team to develop designs aligned with brand guidelines and campaign goals. Produce high-quality, innovative graphics that meet client or project needs. Prepare final design files for production, ensuring proper format, resolution, and size specifications.

Video Editing:

Edit and assemble video footage into engaging, polished content for social media, advertisements, websites, and other platforms. Add motion graphics, sound design, and special effects to enhance video storytelling. Collaborate with the content team to conceptualize, storyboard, and produce videos that effectively communicate key messages.

Photography:

Capture professional-quality photographs for marketing materials, websites, and social media platforms. Edit and retouch photos to ensure high visual standards. Assist in setting up photography sessions, including lighting, props, and compositions.

Collaborative Work:

Work alongside content creators, project managers, and other team members to ensure cohesive visual content that supports brand messaging. Maintain and organize design assets and materials.

Stay Updated:

Keep up-to-date with design trends, video production techniques, and photography innovations to maintain fresh and engaging content.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Video Editor, and Photographer (minimum 2-3 years of professional experience). Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.). Strong video editing skills using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve. Experience in photography with a solid understanding of lighting, composition, and post-production editing tools (e.g., Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop). A creative portfolio showcasing your design, video editing, and photography work. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
