Position Overview

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that support marketing campaigns, brand development, and client objectives. This role requires strong creative thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment with tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Develop creative concepts and design assets for digital and print marketing campaigns.

Create visuals for social media, websites, email marketing, presentations, ads, and other brand collateral.

Support brand identity development through logo design, color palettes, and style guides.

Creative designing ideation: We welcome your ideas - be it reels, short videos or brand identity.

Present design concepts and incorporate feedback efficiently.

Maintain consistency across all creative materials while adapting to various brand guidelines.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Prepare final files for web, print, and production.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).

2-5 years of design experience in an agency or fast-paced creative environment preferred.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); familiarity with Figma/Canva is a plus.

Strong portfolio demonstrating range, creativity, and high-quality design work.

Understanding of digital marketing trends, UX basics, and social media best practices.

Excellent communication and time-management skills.

Ability to take direction, accept feedback, and collaborate effectively.

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month
