Key Responsibilities:

Design high-quality creatives for social media posts, ads, banners, and campaigns across all brands. Develop engaging visual content for websites, brochures, flyers, posters, presentations, and marketing collaterals. Work closely with the content and marketing teams to brainstorm and translate ideas into impactful designs. Maintain brand consistency while tailoring designs for each target audience (students, professionals, and parents). Edit and enhance images, videos, and animations for campaigns. Stay up to date with the latest design trends, colors, layouts, and digital tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience:

0-2 years (Freshers with a creative portfolio welcome). Proficiency in

Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Figma, or Canva

. Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and visual composition. Creative mindset with a good eye for modern, appealing designs. Basic video editing or motion graphics skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.) are a plus. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Salary Range:

?12,000 - ?18,000 per month (Based on skills & experience)
