Key Responsibilities:
Visual Design & Branding
Design engaging graphics for digital campaigns, websites, social media, presentations, and print materials.
Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency across all platforms.
Create layouts for marketing materials such as brochures, banners, email templates, and advertisements.
Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop campaign concepts and visuals.
Digital Asset Creation
Produce assets for web and social media (e.g., Instagram posts, Facebook ads, website banners, etc.).
Design UI elements for websites, apps, or landing pages (optional based on role).
Optimize graphics for web performance and mobile responsiveness.
Collaboration & Workflow
Work closely with content writers, marketing strategists, and developers.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative concepts.
Revise designs based on feedback and ensure timely delivery of final assets.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.
2-4 years of professional design experience (in-house or agency preferred).
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) and/or Figma.
Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout principles.
Familiarity with digital marketing design requirements (e.g., social media sizes, email compatibility).
(Optional) Experience with video editing tools like Premiere Pro or After Effects.
