Job Description

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the SMO team to develop creative concepts and strategies to enhance our working performance.

Design eye-catching graphics, images, infographics, and videos optimized for various social media platforms.

Create visually stunning layouts and templates for social media posts, advertisements, and promotional campaigns.

Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, design techniques, and industry best practices.

Collaborate with the content team to align visuals with written content and marketing objectives.

Provide creative input and innovative ideas to enhance the overall social media marketing efforts.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Graphics Designer with specialization in Social Media Optimization (SMO).

Strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in designing graphics specifically for social media platforms.

Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).

In-depth understanding of social media platforms, their features, and design specifications.

Knowledge of best practices for optimizing graphics for social media, including aspect ratios, file formats, and file sizes.

Ability to adapt quickly to evolving social media trends and implement them in design strategies.

Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Strong attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to think outside the box.

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
