We are a direct-to-consumer (D2C) women's ethnic wear brand specialized in curating beautiful and trendy garments for our Plus Size Queens. We strongly believe that -

We are India's most loved brand in our segment. Our journey began from a 10X10 feet store, driven by the realization that there were very few options available to fulfill the fashion requirements of plus-size beauties. Often, they were greeted with the disheartening statement:

"INKA SIZE TOH YAHA NAHI MILEGA"

Starting from an Instagram page with an initial investment of INR 50,000, we have faced numerous challenges to enhance our skills and build a happy customer base. Today, we are a rapidly growing team of 50+ people, supported by a dedicated production team. We have a trusted customer base of 2.5 lakh women and a strong presence on all major social media platforms, with 400K followers on Instagram and 59K on Facebook.

What Are We Looking For?

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs that align with our brand identity and effectively communicate our message. You will work closely with our marketing and creative teams to develop a wide range of design materials, including print and digital assets

What You Will Be Responsible For:

Conceptualization:

Develop creative concepts and design solutions that align with project objectives and brand guidelines.

Design Execution:

Create a variety of design materials, including but not limited to:
Print materials (brochures, flyers, posters, business cards, etc.)

Digital assets (social media graphics, website banners, email

templates, etc.)

Advertisement & Marketing (for meta & Google Purposes)

Visual Communication:

Use typography, color, and layout to create visually appealing and effective designs.

Brand Consistency:

Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.

Collaboration:

Work closely with marketing and creative teams to understand project requirements and provide design solutions.

Time Management:

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Technical Proficiency:

Be proficient in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator,Canva).

Stay Updated:

Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends and industry best practices.

Who You Are:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field. (preferred). Graduates with any stream can also apply. Minimum 1 year of professional experience in graphic designing work is a must. Strong portfolio demonstrating graphic designing skills. Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles. Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of design skills and styles.
