Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented

Graphic Designer

with 1-2 years of professional experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles, a keen eye for aesthetics, and the ability to translate concepts into visually appealing designs that align with our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and produce digital and print materials such as social media graphics, banners, brochures, presentations, email templates, and infographics. Collaborate with the marketing, product, and content teams to create visual content that enhances user experience and communicates key messages. Ensure consistency of brand visuals across all platforms and materials. Assist in the development of creative concepts and campaigns. Edit and retouch images as needed. Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and design software. Prepare final designs for production, including formatting, exporting, and quality checks.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. 1-2 years of relevant experience in a graphic design role (agency or in-house). Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); knowledge of Figma or Canva is a plus. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work across various media. Understanding of design principles including typography, color theory, and layout. Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media trends. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with motion graphics or video editing tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro). Familiarity with UI/UX design principles. Basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.
