Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Create visual designs for digital and print media including social media posts, website graphics, banners, brochures, logos, infographics, and presentations. Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to understand project needs and deliver engaging visual solutions. Translate ideas and concepts into compelling visual designs. Maintain and follow brand guidelines across all designs. Edit and retouch images as needed. Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines consistently. Stay updated with design trends and software advancements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (After Effects and Premiere Pro are a plus). Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects. Understanding of color theory, typography, layout, and branding. Ability to take feedback and implement changes quickly. Strong attention to detail and time management skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field. Experience in UI/UX design or video editing is a plus. Knowledge of Canva, Figma, or similar design tools.
