As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate consumers. You will work on a variety of projects, including but not limited to advertisements, marketing materials, website designs, social media graphics, and product packaging. Your creativity, attention to detail, and proficiency in design software will be essential in bringing concepts to life and ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.
Requirements and Skills
Proven graphic design experience of minimum 1 years
A strong portfolio of social media posts is required, demonstrating creativity, branding consistency, and audience engagement.
Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, Canva, After Effects, Premiere Pro etc.)
Familiarity with AI tools like Freepik AI Suite, Midjourney, Adobe Firely etc
A keen eye for aesthetics and details (we prefer minimalist designs)
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
A degree in Design, Fine Arts or a related field is a plus
Knowledge of creating videos for social media is a plus

Responsibilities
Study design briefs and determine requirements
Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
Develop illustrations, social media posts/ads, webpage/landing page designs, emailers, and other designs using software or by hand
Work with the marketing team to produce the final design
Test graphics across various media
Amend designs after feedback
Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and follow the brand guidelines
It will be a remote/work-from-home job & candidates based out of Pune can work from the office also.
