About the Role:
This is a dynamic role that combines
graphic design and social media management
. You'll work closely with our marketing team to conceptualise and design high-impact visuals, while also managing social media calendars, content trends, and account growth.
Responsibilities:
Design engaging and visually stunning creatives for social media, emailers, and campaigns.
Manage and grow brand presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social channels.
Research and identify trending designs, art styles, and digital aesthetics in the beauty and luxury space.
Coordinate with marketing and brand teams to ensure cohesive storytelling and design alignment.
Track engagement metrics and recommend content improvements.
Support campaign launches and influencer collaborations.
Requirements:
2-4 years of experience in
social media management and/or graphic design
, ideally within beauty, luxury, or healthcare.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) or Canva (for quick turnarounds).
Strong sense of visual aesthetics and understanding of luxury brand tone.
Knowledge of current social media trends, particularly within beauty and wellness.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced, growing company.
