Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and motivated

Designer & E-Commerce Assistant

to join our remote team. This is a

part-time position (4 hours per day, flexible timing)

suitable for someone who is creative, organized, and comfortable handling both design and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Design Tasks:

Create professional and visually appealing

look books, press kits, and marketing materials

using Adobe Illustrator and InDesign. Ensure all creative work maintains a consistent brand style and quality.

Shopify Management:

Upload new product images, write accurate

product descriptions

, set pricing, and maintain product listings. Update and manage the

Shopify blog

; basic SEO knowledge will be considered an advantage.

Customer Service and Administrative Support:

Respond to

customer inquiries via email

in a professional and timely manner. Perform

general administrative tasks

, organize files, and assist in day-to-day operations.

Marketing and Technical Assistance:

Support

social media management

including posting and engagement. Assist in

email marketing campaigns

using tools such as Mailchimp or Klaviyo. Prepare and maintain

Excel reports

and other data sheets. Experience in

digital marketing

or running

Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram)

will be an advantage but is not mandatory.
