Job Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Graphic Designer to create visually engaging content for our brand's social media platforms. You will be responsible for translating marketing objectives into creative strategies and designs that resonate with our audience across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

Design visually compelling and on-brand graphics, illustrations, and videos for use on various social media platforms. Collaborate closely with the social media, content, and marketing teams to understand campaign goals and deliver timely creative assets. Create templates, infographics, stories, reels, carousels, cover images, and thumbnails. Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity across platforms. Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and design best practices. Optimize designs for mobile-first viewing and platform-specific requirements (e.g., aspect ratios, file sizes). Contribute ideas for campaign creatives, user engagement visuals, and branding strategies. Edit and repurpose existing content as needed for new formats or platforms. Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably with a focus on social media content. Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects), Canva, or Figma. Basic video editing skills for short-form video (Reels, TikToks, etc.) are a plus. Strong portfolio showcasing a range of social media design work. Understanding of branding, typography, color theory, and layout design. Excellent attention to detail and creative problem-solving abilities. bility to accept feedback and iterate quickly. Familiarity with scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Later) is a plus.
