Key Responsibilities
Brand & Marketing Design
Design marketing creatives for
in-store branding
, menus, menu boards, table toppers, posters, danglers, and packaging.
Create visuals for
digital platforms
including social media, websites, app banners, emailers, and online ads.
Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all touchpoints.
Campaign & Promotional Support
Develop creatives for
new product launches
, limited-time offers (LTOs), seasonal campaigns, and festive promotions.
Collaborate with marketing teams to translate briefs into impactful visuals within tight timelines.
Adapt designs for multiple formats and sizes quickly (print + digital).
Operational Design Support
Design store-level communication materials such as SOP visuals, training posters, and internal branding.
Coordinate with printers and vendors to ensure accurate print outputs.
Collaboration & Execution
Work closely with marketing, operations, and external agencies.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced QSR environment.
Incorporate feedback efficiently and revise designs as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
Proficiency in
Adobe Creative Suite
(Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects is a plus).
Strong understanding of
print production
and digital design requirements.
Basic knowledge of motion graphics or short video editing is an advantage.
Creative Skills
Strong visual sense for
food styling, typography, and layouts
.
Ability to design attention-grabbing creatives that drive customer action.
Understanding of current design and social media trends in F&B/QSR.
Experience & Education
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
Prior experience in
QSR, F&B, these sectors
preferred.
Portfolio showcasing both
print and digital
work (mandatory).
