Job Overview

We are seeking a creative Graphic Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing original designs for various marketing materials, ranging from social media graphics and website layouts to brochures and product packaging. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong eye for detail and the ability to turn a design brief into a finished masterpiece.

Key Responsibilities

Concept Development

: Study design briefs to understand requirements and brainstorm innovative visual concepts.

Visual Execution

: Create original layouts, logos, and illustrations using industry-standard software.

Collaboration

: Work closely with marketing teams, copywriters, and clients to ensure designs align with brand identity and project goals.

Project Management

: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously under tight deadlines while maintaining high quality.

Brand Stewardship

: Ensure all designs follow company brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across all platforms.

Revision & Feedback

: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and finalise designs for production.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education

: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.

Software Proficiency

: Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator,Coraldraw, InDesign, Canava, Capcut , filmora) is mandatory.

Portfolio

: A strong portfolio demonstrating creative flair and experience across various media.

Design Fundamentals

: Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.

Communication

: Excellent verbal and written skills to present ideas and negotiate briefs.

Experience

: 1-3 years of professional graphic design experience (agency experience is often a plus).

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with motion graphics, video editing (Premiere Pro, After Effects), or Figma.

Photography or photo-retouching skills

Experience in Reels Shooting .

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
