ABOUT THE ROLE
We require a Graphic Designer to manage visual identity, marketing assets, and design support across both digital and print formats. The position involves consistent delivery of professional, high-quality designs and contribution to brand presence across multiple channels.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. BRANDING & IDENTITY
Develop and maintain brand identity, style guides, and templates
Create logos, icons, and brand kits for consistent application
Ensure the brand's visual language evolves systematically with company growth
2. MARKETING & COMMUNICATION DESIGN
Design social media creatives, presentations, reports, and mailers
Produce collaterals including brochures, posters, banners, flyers, and event material
Create infographics, charts, and visual frameworks for communication needs
3. CONTENT, MEDIA & PRODUCT SUPPORT
Provide graphic assets (icons, illustrations, visuals) for websites, apps, dashboards, and landing pages
Deliver graphics for content marketing videos, working with the studio team, editors, Graphic Designer, and Motion Graphics Designer
Support product initiatives by maintaining design consistency across all interfaces
Maintain an organized repository of assets, templates, and scalable design systems
4. DESIGN RESEARCH & AI
Research and experiment with AI-based design tools (e.g., Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Runway)
Identify opportunities to automate and streamline design workflows
Build a knowledge base of AI-driven techniques for team adoption
Track emerging design and AI trends and propose practical applications
NICE TO HAVE - CREATIVE MEDIA SUPPORT
Basic understanding of audio and video editing
Knowledge of storyboarding and visual planning
Familiarity with motion graphics and short-form animation principles
Ability to assist the AV and Motion teams when needed
Requirements
Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field (preferred)
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Portfolio demonstrating branding, marketing, and communication design work
Interest in AI-driven design tools and workflow optimization
