JobType: full-timeRequirements:About the Role:We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and experienced Graphic Designer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a visual storyteller with a strong eye for aesthetics and a passion for translating ideas into compelling designs. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating engaging and consistent visual content across digital and print platforms that aligns with our brand and resonates with our audience.With at least 2 years of professional experience, you should be confident in taking ownership of design projects from concept to execution. You will collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and content teams to deliver impactful designs that support our business goals.Key Responsibilities:

• Visual Design Creation:

Develop high-quality graphics, illustrations, and layouts for a variety of assets including websites, social media, email campaigns, brochures, presentations, advertisements, packaging, and internal documents. * Brand Consistency:Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across all platforms and media. * Collaborative Projects:Work cross-functionally with teams in marketing, product, and communications to understand project goals and deliver creative solutions. * Concept Development:Translate creative briefs into unique and engaging visual concepts. Present multiple options and iterate based on feedback. * Digital Asset Management:Organize and manage a library of design assets and templates. Ensure assets are accessible and up-to-date for internal stakeholders. * Design Innovation:Stay updated on industry trends, emerging design techniques, and software tools. Bring fresh ideas and continuous improvements to design workflows. * Project Management:Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and ensure quality control throughout the design and production process.Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a fast-paced, creative environment. * Education:Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred. * Design Tools Proficiency:Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with tools such as Figma, Canva, Sketch, or similar platforms. * Creativity and Innovation:Strong creative thinking and ability to translate abstract ideas into visually appealing and functional designs. * Communication:Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present and justify design decisions. * Attention to Detail:Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for clean, modern, and effective visual design. * Portfolio:A strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative projects, including digital and print work.
