Job Overview: As a Graphic Designer at Practical EduSkills, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity of our brand through the creation of visually appealing and effective design materials. You will collaborate with various teams to translate concepts and ideas into engaging visuals that resonate with our target audience. The ideal candidate is not only proficient in graphic design but also possesses a keen understanding of the education sector. Responsibilities: Design and Development: Create visually appealing and effective designs for a variety of print and digital materials, including brochures, banners, social media graphics, website elements, and more. Develop and maintain a consistent visual identity across all marketing and communication materials. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet objectives. Brand Compliance: Ensure that all design materials adhere to Practical EduSkills\' brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive brand image. Work closely with the marketing team to refine and evolve brand elements as needed. Innovation and Creativity: Stay updated on design trends and emerging technologies to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team. Continuously seek ways to enhance the visual appeal and effectiveness of our communication materials. Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and provide project updates. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field. Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects. Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). Knowledge of design principles, typography, colour theory, and layout techniques. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with the education sector is a plus.
