In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling graphics and videos that align with our brand identity and marketing goals. You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from designing logos and marketing materials to editing videos for various platforms. Responsibilities : Design visually appealing graphics, including logos, banners, infographics, social media posts, and website elements, using industry-standard design software. Create engaging video content for various platforms, such as social media, websites, and presentations, from conceptualization to final editing. Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements, target audience, and brand guidelines. Edit raw video footage, adding animations, special effects, music, and transitions to create high-quality videos. Ensure that all graphics and videos are optimized for web and mobile platforms, taking into consideration file sizes and load times. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in graphic design and video editing techniques. Maintain organized files and assets, ensuring efficient workflow and easy retrieval of projects. Assist in brainstorming and concept development for new design and video projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and web development, to ensure cohesive visual messaging. Adhere to project deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience in graphic design, multimedia arts, or a related field. Strong proficiency in graphic design software, such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of graphic design and video editing projects. Strong communication skills in Hindi & English to effectively articulate design concepts and collaborate with team members.
