As a graphic designer at Gaba Healthcare, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand identity and effectively communicating our mission through visually compelling designs. : We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. You will primarily be responsible for creating engaging infographics, web designs, social media content, and assist with other marketing efforts as and when required. Your designs will contribute to enhancing our online presence, effectively communicating information, and promoting our telepsychiatry services. The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design skills and be proficient in various design software and tools. Responsibilities:

• Create visually appealing infographics, web designs, and social media content that align with brand guidelines and communication goals.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative design strategies for online campaigns, website updates, and social media platforms.
• Develop original, eye-catching designs for various digital channels, including social media posts, banners, email newsletters, and website graphics.
• Design and format content for presentations, reports, and marketing materials, ensuring a consistent and professional visual identity.
• Stay up-to-date with design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design quality and effectiveness.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, marketers, and developers, to ensure seamless integration of design elements into various platforms.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and delivering high-quality designs within the given timeframes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a digital marketing or creative agency environment.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
• Ability to think creatively and translate concepts into visually appealing designs.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines.
• A portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of design projects, with a focus on infographics, web designs, and social media content.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: 925,000.00 - 940,000.00 per month Benefits:
