About the Role

We're looking for a Graphic Designer who can work

independently

, someone who can develop strong visual concepts and execute them with precision.
This role touches product, packaging, artwork/print development, and visual storytelling for The Mansion's gifting and lifestyle collections.

What You'll Work On

You will be responsible for:

Developing

design concepts

for products, packaging, and brand touchpoints Translating creative direction into clear, refined visual outputs Creating templates, layout systems, illustrations, and graphic elements Supporting product development visuals and story-driven packaging Participating in

styling and visual composition

for product/gifting shoots Preparing production-ready artworks with accuracy Iterating based on feedback with consistency and attention to detail Collaborating with vendors, printers, and external partners when required
This role requires visual judgement, structured thinking, and a strong sense of aesthetic sensitivity.

What We're Looking For

3-6 years of experience in graphic/product/packaging design Strong visual judgement and a clean sensibility Ability to work independently & own end-to-end execution Portfolio that shows concept thinking anddisciplined execution Comfortable with feedback, iteration, and deadlines Experience with artwork/print design Experience in product or lifestyle brands
