Job Description

We are seeking a

creative and strategic Graphic Designer

with hands-on experience in

political campaign design and communication.

The ideal candidate understands how design influences public perception and voter engagement and can translate political messaging into powerful visual content.

Key Responsibilities

Conceptualize and design campaign materials such as

posters, banners, social media creatives, infographics, and advertisements

. Create visual identities and branding systems for

political parties, leaders, and campaigns

. Collaborate with the

content and strategy team

to ensure message alignment and visual consistency across all platforms. Develop designs for

print, digital, and outdoor media

, maintaining accuracy and quality under tight deadlines. Analyze campaign themes and audience insights to produce

impactful, emotion-driven visuals

. Stay updated on

political trends, design styles, and communication strategies

used in political marketing.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in

Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field

.

2-4 years of experience

in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing political campaign work. Proficiency in

Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), CorelDRAW,

and similar tools. Strong understanding of

color psychology, typography, and visual storytelling

in political contexts. Ability to work on

tight timelines

and adapt to dynamic campaign environments. Knowledge of

regional languages and cultural nuances

will be an added advantage. Experience collaborating with

political strategists, PR teams, and social media managers

preferred.
