Job Title: Graphic Designer

Working Time : 10.00 am to 5.00 pm

Job Summary:

We're seeking a creative and skilled Graphic Designer to join our team. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective designs that communicate our brand's message.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design Development: Create high-quality designs for various media, including websites, social media, print materials, and advertising.

2. Conceptualization: Develop design concepts that meet the requirements of each project.

3. Visual Identity: Maintain and evolve our brand's visual identity across all platforms.

4. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, communications, and other teams to ensure design consistency and alignment with company goals.

5. Design Tools: Proficiently use design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).

6. Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.

7. Feedback and Revision: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and revise designs accordingly.

8. Stay Up-to-Date: Stay current with design trends, technologies, and best practices.

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree/ Diploma in Graphic Design or a related field.

2. Experience: 1+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a similar industry.

3. Design Skills: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

4. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

5. Creativity: Strong creative vision and problem-solving skills.

6. Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

7. Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing design trends and project requirements.

Nice to Have:

1. Web Design Experience: Experience with web design and development.

2. Motion Graphics: Knowledge of motion graphics and animation.

3. Photography: Basic photography skills.
