We are seeking a
creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer
to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will design a variety of visuals across both digital and offline media platforms. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with exceptional creativity, the ability to develop innovative concepts, and a strong eye for detail.
Plan creative concepts by studying relevant information, materials, and project requirements.
Develop and illustrate design concepts, including art arrangements, size, typography, and style, for approval.
Prepare final artwork by operating required equipment and design software.
Contribute to team projects by accomplishing tasks within deadlines.
Communicate with clients to understand requirements and incorporate feedback.
Create a wide range of graphics and layouts for product illustrations, company logos, websites, and marketing materials using software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.
Review and refine final layouts, suggesting improvements when necessary
Graphic Designer - Key Result Areas (KRA)1. Creative Concept Development
Generate innovative design ideas aligned with brand guidelines and project objectives.
Translate briefs into effective visual communication.
2. Design Execution & Delivery
Create high-quality graphics, layouts, logos, digital banners, product illustrations, and marketing materials.
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of all design projects.
3. Client & Stakeholder Communication
Understand requirements clearly through discussions with clients/teams.
Present drafts for feedback and incorporate revisions effectively.
4. Collaboration & Coordination
Work closely with marketing, content, web developers, and external vendors (printers, agencies).
Support cross-functional teams with design assets as needed.
5. Software & Tools Utilization
Proficient use of industry-standard design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, CorelDRAW, etc.).
Stay updated with latest design trends and technology.
6. Quality & Brand Consistency
Ensure brand identity guidelines are maintained across all materials.
Review and refine final designs to improve impact and aesthetics.
7. Productivity & Efficiency
Manage multiple projects within deadlines.
Maintain proper file management and documentation of design work.
