Key Responsibilities
Analyze marketing briefs and campaign requirements to deliver high-quality design solutions aligned with business and digital marketing goals.
Design creative assets for digital platforms, including social media creatives, paid ad visuals, website banners, landing pages, email campaigns, and marketing presentations.
Collaborate with content, SEO, performance marketing, and web teams to ensure cohesive and consistent campaign execution.
Maintain brand consistency across all digital and marketing materials while adapting designs for different platforms and audiences.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously in a fast-paced digital marketing environment.
Optimize designs for engagement, performance, and platform-specific requirements.
Maintain and update internal design asset libraries, creatives, and marketing collateral.
Review existing design workflows and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
Translate strategic marketing concepts into visually engaging designs using appropriate typography, color theory, imagery, and layout principles.
Stay updated on digital marketing trends, design tools, and platform guidelines to ensure relevant and effective creative output.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related discipline.
2-3 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within a digital marketing agency or similar environment.
Strong proficiency in
Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
, and other relevant design tools.
Hands-on experience creating digital marketing assets such as social media creatives, display ads, website graphics, and email designs.
Solid understanding of branding, digital marketing concepts, and visual storytelling.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Basic understanding of web design principles and content management systems is an advantage.
Photography, video editing, or motion graphics skills are considered a plus.
