Job Description

We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 1.5 years of experience in designing visually appealing and innovative graphics for digital platforms, social media, marketing campaigns, and print materials. You will work closely with the marketing team to bring concepts to life and help in creating impactful designs that align with our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

Create visually engaging designs for web, social media, print, and marketing campaigns. Collaborate with the marketing team to understand design requirements and execute creative solutions. Develop original graphics, illustrations, icons, and layouts for various digital and print mediums. Ensure designs are consistent with the company's brand identity and design guidelines. Edit and enhance photos and graphics to meet quality standards. Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices. Assist in the development of presentations, brochures, and other marketing materials. Provide input on creative strategies and contribute to brainstorming sessions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

1-1.5 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in an agency or corporate environment. Proficient in

Adobe Photoshop

InDesign

Figma

. Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles. Knowledge of web design principles and an understanding of responsive design. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow design guidelines. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Strong communication and collaboration skills. A portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects is a must.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in motion graphics or video editing (Adobe After Effects or similar tools) is a plus. Familiarity with UI/UX principles. Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for web design.
