The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually appealing designs for digital and print platforms. The role involves conceptualizing ideas, developing creative assets, and ensuring brand consistency across all marketing materials.
2. Key ResponsibilitiesA. Creative Design & Development
Create engaging graphics for social media, websites, ads, banners, brochures, posters, presentations, and branding materials.
Develop layouts, illustrations, logos, and visual concepts based on brand guidelines.
Design promotional materials for campaigns, events, and product launches.
B. Digital Media Design
Design creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube thumbnails, and online ads.
Work with UI/UX teams for website design elements, landing pages, and digital interfaces.
Create motion graphics, GIFs, and basic video edits (if required).
C. Branding & Collaboration
Maintain brand identity across all design assets.
Work closely with the marketing/content team to develop creative concepts.
Brainstorm and contribute new ideas for visual storytelling and campaigns.
D. Quality Control
Proof-check final designs for accuracy, consistency, and quality.
Ensure timely delivery of design assets.
Adapt designs for multiple formats and sizes.
3. Qualifications & SkillsEducation
Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
Experience
1-3 years of design experience (freshers with strong portfolios can apply).
Design Skills
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
Knowledge of Canva, Figma, or other design tools.
Understanding of typography, colors, layouts, and visual hierarchy.
Experience with motion graphics and video editing is a plus.
