About the Role

We are looking for a

creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer

who can bring ideas to life across digital platforms. Along with strong graphic design skills, the ideal candidate should have

basic to intermediate web designing knowledge

, especially for landing pages, website banners, UI elements, and responsive layouts.

You will work closely with our marketing, branding, and tech teams to produce high-quality visuals for campaigns, social media, website content, and brand storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic & Creative Design

Design engaging

social media creatives, posters, flyers, brochures, reel thumbnails, and presentations

. Develop

brand and marketing creatives

for campaigns, events, festivals, and promotions. Create

storytelling-based visuals

in coordination with the marketing team. Maintain brand consistency across all design outputs.

Web & UI/UX Design

Design

website pages, landing pages, homepage banners, sliders, and UI components

. Ensure

mobile-friendly, responsive layouts

and user-friendly design hierarchy. Collaborate with developers to

implement designs accurately

on live websites. Optimize graphics for

web performance, loading speed, and SEO

.

Video & Multimedia Production

Create short videos for social media using

Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools

. Edit

interviews, testimonials, client stories, caregiver reels, and promotional videos

. Add motion graphics, transitions, and branded elements where required.

Website Development Support

Build and update website pages using

HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, or WordPress

. Assist in maintaining page structure, responsiveness, and content alignment. Ensure SEO-friendly layouting, image optimization, and clean front-end code. Coordinate with tech/marketing teams to

roll out regular updates and landing pages

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
