Create graphics, layouts, and illustrations for social media, print materials, websites, and advertisements.
Design promotional materials such as brochures, banners, posters, infographics, newsletters, and presentations.
Develop brand-aligned creatives and ensure consistency across all platforms.
Conceptualize design ideas based on briefings and project requirements.
2. Social Media & Digital Creatives
Design daily/weekly social media posts, reels covers, thumbnails, and ad creatives.
Optimize visuals for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital channels.
Collaborate with content and digital marketing teams for campaign creatives.
3. Branding & Identity
Support brand building by creating logos, brand guidelines, and templates.
Maintain visual identity standards across all communication materials.
4. Collaboration & Coordination
Work closely with the marketing, digital, and content teams.
Understand briefs from internal departments and deliver high-quality designs within deadlines.
Coordinate with printers, photographers, video editors, and external vendors for design-related deliverables.
5. Software & Tools
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite:
Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
.
Knowledge of Canva, CorelDRAW, Figma, Premiere Pro/After Effects (added advantage).
Ability to adapt to new tools and design technologies.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related field (preferred).
Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer (1-3 years preferred).
Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and design skills.
