Graphic Designer Team Lead

Supervise and lead the graphic designing team. Participate in designing and redesigning Websites & Mobile Apps. Analyze and plan the framework of design according to the laid out concept and established specifications of the project. Delegate job responsibilities among team members and oversee that quality work is being completed within the deadline and estimated budget. Dealing with the clients and being the point of contact. Oversee that new techniques and processes are used to provide the best quality of designs. Support, mentor and assist the team members to choose the right style, attractive graphics, images, and other visual elements to adapt them according to the objectives of the project. Consult with clients on various approaches to their custom solution including Design and Development methodologies, UI frameworks, platforms and tools
