Key Responsibilities:

Design marketing materials including property brochures, flyers, social media posts, advertisements, and presentations. Create branding and promotional content for digital and print campaigns. Ensure all designs are aligned with brand guidelines and maintain consistency across platforms. Edit and enhance property images, floor plans, and layouts to make them visually appealing. Stay updated with design trends, especially in real estate marketing.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a

Graphic Designer

, preferably in real estate, advertising, or related industries. Strong portfolio showcasing creative design skills. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, coral)
