About the role:
We are looking for a creative and performance-driven
Graphic Designer
, playing a key role in shaping the brand's visual identity across social, web, and app platforms. The role demands the ability to design with both creativity and impact, ensuring that visuals not only resonate with audiences but also contribute to measurable marketing success. Collaboration with content, performance, and video teams will be central to delivering designs that drive engagement, click-through rates, and overall campaign performance.
Specifically this role will involve:
Designing engaging creatives for social media, ads, landing pages, banners, and emailers.
Creating video thumbnails, motion graphics, and carousel posts to maximize engagement.
Collaborating with content and performance teams to execute campaign-specific visual direction.
Ensuring consistency of brand identity across all creatives and platforms.
Participating in brainstorming sessions to
contribute fresh ideas and creative strategies
for marketing campaigns.
Developing variations of ad creatives for A/B testing and performance optimization.
Ideal candidate will have:
2-3 years of proven experience in graphic design, preferably in a
digital and performance-focused environment
.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
Strong understanding of color theory, typography, layout principles, and visual hierarchy.
Ability to adapt designs across multiple formats and digital platforms.
Prior experience with social media and performance ad creatives (Meta/Google).
Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and time management skills.
Familiarity with UI/UX tools such as Figma or Canva.
Understanding of ad performance metrics and how design impacts CTR.
Knowledge of the wellness or healthcare domain.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferably in
Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field
.
Additional certifications in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, or UI/UX will be an advantage.
