Position:

Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:

Create Visual Designs:

Develop engaging designs for various marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, banners, social media graphics, product labels, and website visuals.

Branding & Identity:

Work closely with the marketing team to maintain and evolve the company's visual identity, ensuring consistency across all platforms.

Social Media Content:

Design visually appealing content for social media platforms, ensuring it aligns with the brand's tone and targets the right audience.

Collaborative Projects:

Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to deliver creative solutions for campaigns and projects.Collaborate with clients or stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide design concepts.

Editing and Optimization:

Edit and enhance images for digital and print use.Optimize designs for web and mobile platforms, ensuring compatibility and responsiveness.

Trend Analysis:

Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the table. Incorporate best practices for usability and visual storytelling in designs.

Project Management:

Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver designs within deadlines. Maintain organized files and archives of completed designs.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or Canva. Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and creativity. Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design principles. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.

Additional Requirements:

Familiarity with video editing and motion graphics tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus. Experience in UI/UX design or web design is advantageous. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
